Join Digital Media Intern, Abby Wilson, for an interpretive nature walk at Muddy Pond Wilderness Preserve. Bring a friend and learn about the history, geology, and wildlife of the preserve. Other topics you’ll get a taste for will include tree identification, wintering animals, and wildlife tracking.
The walk will be at a slow pace on and will include some uphill and downhill sections. This program is suitable for all ages; families welcome.
Weather: If there is adequate snow, bring snowshoes for better traction. In the event of adverse weather (i.e. rain, sleet, ice), the walk will be postponed until the following Thursday (3/10).
Reserve your spot today! This event is limited to 10 attendees and reservation is required ahead of time. Email Abby at abby [@] newildernesstrust.org to RSVP; please include your phone number and the number of people in your group.
